Lent at All Saints

I invite you, therefore, in the name of the Church, to the
observance of a holy Lent, by self-examination and repentance;
by prayer, fasting, and self-denial; and by reading and
meditating on God's holy Word.

From the Book of Common Prayer, p. 265

Special events and worship services.

Sunday Worship ~ 8:00 & 10:00 am

This Lent, we invite you to deepen your walk with Christ by entering more fully into the rich prayer life of our Anglican tradition.

  • At both services, we will pray using the traditional language rite, words shaped by centuries of faithful use.

  • Our psalms will be drawn from the Coverdale Psalter, beloved for its lyrical beauty and musical rhythm.

  • Scripture will be read from the King James Version, whose poetic language and vivid imagery have formed Christian devotion for generations.

  • The music of the Mass will follow the setting by John Merbecke, offering simple, reverent melodies that support congregational participation.

  • We will also profess the historic form of the Nicene Creed, beginning with “I believe,” reminding us that while we confess the faith together, Lent also invites a personal renewal of faith and commitment.

We hope you will join us this season as we pray, sing, and listen together, seeking to know Christ more deeply.
